If you come across a broken or malfunctioning meter, or other LEXPARK equipment issue, please report it immediately using the form below or contact us at info@lexpark.org.
If a vehicle is at an unpaid meter, broken or not, it is subject to a parking citation. A broken meter can still be paid for through the PayByPhone app, or vehicles should be moved to a functioning meter.
