METER RATES
Meter rates are currently $0.75 – $2.00 per hour during enforcement hours, depending on the area. See our Rate Map for rates at exact locations. Rates include sales tax.
Parking in metered spaces is free all day on Saturdays, Sundays, and on select holidays.
METER ENFORCEMENT HOURS
Meter enforcement hours are Monday – Friday, 9 a.m. – 7 p.m.
There is no meter enforcement on LFUCG holidays which are as follows:
- The first day of January (New Year’s Day)
- The third Monday in January (Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Day)
- The third Monday in February (Presidents Day)
- The last Monday in May (Memorial Day)
- The nineteenth day of June (Juneteenth Day)
- The fourth day of July (Independence Day)
- The first Monday in September (Labor Day)
- The eleventh day of November (Veterans Day)
- The fourth Thursday (Thanksgiving Day) and Friday in November
- The twenty-fourth day of December (Christmas Eve)
- The twenty-fifth day of December (Christmas Day)
Please note even when on-street parking is free, such as on select holidays, enforcement for other violations, such as safety issues, will still occur.

LEXPARK Surface Lot
168 North Upper at Church St
The surface lot has three sections with approximately 125 spots. This space may be used for event parking. Inquire to info@lexpark.org if you are seeking space and need to secure larger blocks of parking.
