The Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government (LFUCG) established the Lexington & Fayette County Parking Authority (LFCPA), known as LEXPARK, in part to enforce Lexington-Fayette County, KY Municipal Code parking regulations. LFUCG elects to enforce its parking ordinances as civil violations, pursuant to the provisions of KRS 82.605.
