No matter where you park, we want you to stay safe. Consider the tips below on your next trip downtown – or anywhere!
PARKING
- Park in a well-lit spot.
- Lock doors and roll up windows.
- Take note of where you parked to prevent unnecessary walking later.
- Do not leave valuables such as phones, purses, and wallets in sight.
- Do not hide a spare key in or on your car.
Returning To Your Vehicle
- Walk to your vehicle with others when possible.
- When approaching your vehicle, be mindful of your surroundings. Look around, underneath and inside your vehicle.
- Once inside the vehicle, lock the doors.
- Never offer rides to people you do not know.
Driving In Garages
- Adhere to directional signage and speed limits as posted in all LEXPARK garages.
- Be mindful of clearance heights/safety bumpers at garage entry points
- Phones down, eyes up! Avoid distracted driving. Adjust music, GPS, headlights, and other settings before driving.
- Stay alert. Be mindful of other drivers and pedestrians.
LEXPARK parking garages are not operated by a Governmental Entity. The parking garages provide parking only. They do not provide security to persons or property. You are responsible for your safety. We do not take custody of your vehicle. Park at your own risk. We accept no responsibility for loss, theft, or damage to vehicles or contents.
No trespassing or loitering. Property is for parking customers only. Parking is enforced 24 hours per day, 7 days a week. Vehicles out of compliance are subject to towing, booting, Barnacle, and parking invoice charges at the Owner’s sole expense. (KRS 511.080)
